It is pure and fresh, brewed using Hallertau Blanc, Galaxy and Cascade hops and finest English malted barley. Re-fermented with Champagne yeast and a ‘dosage’ of rare Nelson Sauvin hops this lager has a clean, fruitier, and more aromatic finish than traditional lagers.
