How do you fancy a weekly run that starts at The Curious Brewery and, more importantly, finishes at the brewery?

We meet every Thursday at The Curious Brewery Tap Room for a 7.30 pm start.

We do a warm-up and then a session in a set location (the Park) where everyone works at the right speed in a controlled way. This means the group is suitable for a wide range of people, who run at different paces and have a wide range of experience. We finish with a stretch at around 8.30, and then everyone heads upstairs for a well-earned drink

We are always on the lookout for new people to come along and join us. Anyone can come along and try it and, if they like it, come as little or often as they like. We have around 20 regulars and an average of 15 per week. We charge £4/session or £12/month. These coached sessions would suit anyone who can run continuously for 20mins – at any pace. For instance, it would suit anyone who does Parkrun and is now motivated to improve.
