Our standard offer is three to five days provided by APC. The terms and conditions from APC can be found here.
Our standard delivery Charge for Beer & Cider cases (12 x 330ml bottles & cans) is as follows:

If your order is for more than 13 x cases (bottles/cans), please send an email to onlineshop@curiousbrewery.com with your request, and we will arrange a quote within 48 x hours.
All orders for alcohol must be accepted and signed for by over 18’s only. If our courier cannot determine the age of the person attempting to sign for the alcohol products, these will be returned to Curious Brewery.
No compensation will be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.
ORDER TRACKING
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an APC notification email confirming delivery instructions. You must contact APC with any additional requirements about the delivery. The terms and conditions can be located here.
WHERE WE DELIVER
Curious Brewery will deliver to the U.K. Mainland only (excluding Northern Ireland). We do not ship outside of the U.K. at present.

DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE
Once you have placed an order, you will not be able to change your address.
ADDING / AMENDING ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER
We are unable to add, amend or remove items from your order once it has been confirmed.
ORDER COLLECTION FROM THE BREWERY
If you wish to order and collect from the Brewery, please email onlineshop@curiousbrewery.com with your order requirements, and we will contact you to confirm the collection. Please note that you will pay for your order when you collect it from the Brewery. There is no need to place the order on the website.
RETURNS – BEER & CIDER
If there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please get in touch with us at onlineshop@curiousbrewery.com.
If the courier is attempting to deliver damaged goods, you have the right to refuse delivery, and these will be returned back to Curious Brewery. Curious Brewery will then contact you to process a new order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you have up to 14 days to cancel your order before delivery. You can email us at onlineshop@curiousbrewery.com to cancel your order.
Please remember that we ship packages the same or the next day, so it is likely that your order has already left our brewery. If it has, then you will need to let the package be delivered to your home, where you can follow the returns process as detailed above.

DELIVERY MERCHANDISE
Our standard offer is three to five days provided by Royal Mail. All shipments will be subject to a £5.75 postage and packing charge. This will be applied to all merchandise products at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may be subject to change without notice and for reasons outside of our control that may impact the delivery service. If you experience a delayed delivery please get in touch with onlineshop@curiousbrewery.com and, we will respond within 48 x hours.

RETURNS – MERCHANDISE
Items can be returned within 14 days of placing your order. Returns will not be accepted after this time. For returned items, these must be returned in the same or suitable packaging that you received when your item was delivered. Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where the goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once these goods are returned to the below address, a refund will be processed for the goods minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. The merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition. If the items are returned and there is evidence that the goods have been used, Curious Brewery will not process the refund.

Please make sure that you enclose your name, order number, telephone and e-mail address together with the tracking number of the carrier used and the reason for returning your items. Curious Brewery will then review and then take action necessary to process any applicable refund.
